Order Cancellation Policy
To ensure swift order processing, your order will be confirmed for production 12 hours after being placed. Therefore, you can only cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, your order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
Replacement/ Refund
At Zynzor, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a printing quality issue, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please contact us at support@zynzor.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including proof of the received item (video/photo of the defective product) and order number.
Specific Requests
To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following information depending on the nature of your claim:
- Printing error: Include photographs clearly showing the error.
- Print size or placement issue: Include photographs of the affected garments with a measuring tape to illustrate the problem.
- Missing items: Provide us with an image of the received package’s cover, including the detailed shipping label, so our production department can investigate the issue.
- Shirt size problem: Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product, including a photo of the spread-out shirt on a flat surface along with a measuring tape for evidence.
- Post-delivery issues: If you encounter any problems within 60 days from the delivery date, such as fading, blurred printing, smudging, or any other damages while using the product, please contact us and include a photo illustrating the defective or damaged area of the item.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the condition of payment, you will receive your refund within the following timeframes:
- Paypal: 1 business day.
- Debit/Credit Card: You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
Return
All items are made to order – this means that when you place your order, we produce that item(s) just for you.

You do not need to return the defective items to us. We will use your feedback to improve our service and eliminate errors in the future.
